I was going along just fine on my Whole 30. Minor cravings, minor headaches… but that was to be expected. I had a couple fresh strawberries, and that helps early on to help combat the sweet cravings. But then my Mom had some strawberries, I had a couple. Noticed my cravings were getting worse, not better. So I had a couple more strawberries. And by this time, I could tell they tasted differently. She had put Equal on them. Yes. Equal. Well, there went my Whole 30. Honestly, I’m not going to try the strict program again, but I am committed to a clean eating/whole foods regimen.
